I had to come here and take my time to write this, Our fleet is big and we love all the Pete's Store but this one is Different. Alyse really helped me out from the beginning and until our truck was finally resolved. We had to have the truck towed to their location, the instructions were super clear on where to leave the trailer, and the whole steps through. Let me start with these are EXTREMELY FRIENDLY PEOPLE. My personable service between all pete stores seems to be top notch. They treat me very nicely. It appears THE PETE STORE hires INCOMPETENT mechanics. Ive now trusted my truck in the hands of two separate pete stores. They both failed me miserably. My most recent experience was by far the worst. The truck came in due to extreme loss of power, mind you, i drove it there. They determined that the Turbo went bad. I’ve been coming here for 5 years, NOT by choice I’m a company driver. I always make it a point to drop off a clean truck. Every single time I pick it up it’s covered in greasy handprints and even footprints inside and out. As drivers we spend a lot of time in our trucks and I keep my interior spotless, but again, every time I pick it up it looks like a grenade went off. This shop had no idea what they are doing. Had a truck towed here and I stayed 9 days in a motel cause they couldn't fix a menial problem. They crossover wasn't keeping the tanks level. They put 2 new fuel lines on and a new filter housing and never fixed the problem. Charged over $7000 for nothing and 9 days to fix nothing. Ended up not even taking the old lines of they replaced, just left them hanging there. Totally bypassed the right fuel tank.
