The service was great and the driver lounge is something else. Recliners, bathroom shower, mini kitchen. Very comfortable place to wait for your truck.
I wanted to take a moment to express our appreciation for the outstanding service we received from Peterbilt Shop. This is the first time we have experienced such a fast and efficient repair process, and it truly exceeded our expectations.
"GIRL SERVICE POWER" Well first off we have had our Peterbilt at two different truck locations to fix the AC and two of those was at Charlotte Peterbilt and 1 was at NAPA Truck Center in Long Beach, CA and after changing filter drier, Expansion valves etc. and cost $9000.00+ total of all 3 truck invoices and we still didn't have any AC. I was at my wits end as we was out of town and we only had 1 day to let them try to fix it. I deal exclusively with the Plainville store, for parts and service. Service it top notch! Jaimie always gets my trucks right in, is in contact with me as far as what needs to be done, parts, timeframe, etc. Always get trucks back when promised, and fixed right the first time. Highly Recommend!
