Incompetent and uncaring. You'd better hope that they're on time, because if your specialist is running late they'll just cancel your appointment to stay on time. What's that, you ask? What about actually receiving treatment for cancer? Maybe if you just wait a month and a half, it's not like the disease could progress in that time, surely? Absolutely disgraceful.
The radiation didn't work even though the doctor was so positive. Now he's dead. Thanks for nothing.

The coordination within the medical team is disjointed. Never returns patient's pager messages.
