I have been going to The Petal Shoppe Inc for about 3 years now. They did my stepsons wedding and my stepdaughters. My neighbor went there for her mothers funeral flowers. Never been disappointed yet. The staff is always very helpful and great to work with.

Very poor communication! I placed my order online 2 days in advance. I did not get an email confirmation nor was my card charged. I sent an email to confirm my order and did not get a reply. I am currently overseas and have no way of calling so the day of delivery I placed an order through another shop. The Petal Shoppe ended up delivering my order and charging my card the same day however because of their lack of communication and order confirmation I ended up spending money that did not need to be spent. Do not reccomend.
