NOT letting employee dogs run loose would be a huge improvement. A loose dogs approached us multiple times during my time at the self-serve dog wash. The owner of the dog (I assume) kept calling it back but made no other effort to restrain their dog. I don't go here for social hour. I just want to wash my hairy beast. With the dog I brought today, it wasn't a big deal. With my other dog, it would have been a nightmare. I will likely look for a different self serve dog wash in the future, and wouldn't recommend this place to ... read more
