Possibly one of the most neglectful careless vets I’ve ever experienced. They take your money and don’t do anything but put your animals life at risk. Endless misdiagnosis and if anything is truly wrong they play a guessing game then send you away. Almost killed my dog.

We have had our dogs with these guys their entire lives. Always great... until it wasn’t. Our dog Odin suffered a paw injury which took a month to heal, multiple visits and many sleepless nights. We left him with them for a week of boarding to return to find him in the same condition he was in a month prior. The poor woman who contacted us about it was the only one who expressed concern. ACW offered to help pay for my cats surgery but they made me apply for 2 different credit cards, one that had a 30% APR and used those instead. Underhanded and just wrong. Ive been going here for years but you've lost my business

Worst place in the world. Took them two days to diagnose a very sick dog — the end result was going to another Vet for emergency surgery. They collect $1000 and my daughters dog almost died.

I am the Pet Vet's former photographer/social media manager. They refuse to pay me for over a month of work. I have contacted them multiple times via email and certified mail with no response, yet they continue to use photos that were never paid for on their website and social media. Most of what's left of their staff there are wonderful, caring people, but this business has developed severe management issues over the past year or so--around the time they hired a consultant company. They are an unbelievable team, who have always gone above and beyond to ensure the best possible care and comfort of my pets, no matter how difficult. I couldn't recommend them enough; they are amazing.

One of the worst vet experiences I’ve ever had. Will never be going back. I don’t know if they’ve come under new ownership recently or just quit caring but below my review are plenty of other unhappy pet owners.
