We had a 1 hour training session scheduled at our house and the trainer, Jill, stayed for only 10 minutes, complaining about our house, yard, the neighbors, etc. She also condescendingly questioned why we would get 2 dogs. I'm not an expect in animal training, but I surely know when someone is being rude and ignorant. Maybe she was having a bad day?
