Very Satisfied We have been using Pet Motel and Salon for washing and grooming our Westie for about 7 years. She and we get a warm welcome at every visit. They have developed the perfect haircut for her. The facility is convenient and immaculate. The staff are personable. It's a great place.
RecommendedThese wonderful people gave my rescue special needs golden girl the spa day of her life. They went above and beyond to make her look beautiful and feel clean and comfortable. I highly recommend these amazing, love filled people. My Pennie has never looked better. I have taken my dogs there over the years. They always look so pretty when I pick them up. I always ask for Stephanie as she is my favorite groomer. She listens to my instructions and offers professional advice when asked. I recommend Pet Motel for your grooming needs. Very clean and staff always courteous. Eunice Hamner
They have always been great with my dogs and friendly staff! Love them!
I made an appointment yesterday to take my dog in to be bathed and groomed. I showed up and they took her. I went home and 45 min later I’m in the shower and I get a call that I need to pick her up because they won’t groom her. Reason: she’s too old and her fur is too thick. They didn’t let me know over the phone or when I arrived that her age or state of her fur would be a problem...when they gave her to me her bottom was wet like they had started but did not bother to finish. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
