I'm so thankful I have a place that I trust to watch over our girl. My GSD can be a bit of a diva and she always comes home looking like she's had a blast. Being the worrisome parent that I am, I've called a few times to check up on Sabine and anyone who answers the phone has always been understanding and kind and quick to let me know how she's doing. The Pet Lodge does not disappoint!
The Pet Lodge girls did a super job giving Dixie Belle a spa day yesterday. She had a bath, her nails looked terrific, and her ears clean and she smells so nice! She loves coming to Pet Lodge to play. All I have to to say is "wanna go for a play day?" and she gets super excited. Thanks Pet Lodge for providing a loving and caring atmosphere to bring our pets!
They're good with my girls (high energy GSD and small lab mix) and they answered my questions when I called. However, I requested pictures via email or Facebook while dropping them off for boarding and every time I called to check on them (about 4 or 5 times). It wasn't until pretty much day 8 of 10 that they decided to post some. They had been posting pictures of other animals every day prior, as well. Liz, we are happy to know that you were pleased with the care that we gave your pets who were very sweet and very energetic but were disappointed at our rating due to not posting pictures of your dogs. Our photography has never been a paid service so we do it only as a courtesy if given an opportunity. We are sorry that we did not post pictures soon enough during your dogs stay but we did get some of your dogs posted while most of the other guests were not.
