RecommendedLOVE THEM! We've used Pet Lady for several years for our 3 cats. Very dependable and responsive. The same person has taken care of the fur babies each time we travel, so they get to know one another. Having the portal to communicate, along with the daily check in (with pictures!) puts our mind at ease that everything is being taken care of properly. Plus they offer addition services of bringing in the mail/newspaper, turning lights on/off, etc.
