Emergency care involves stabilizing the patient and may include placing intravenous catheters, administering IV fluids, pain medications, oxygen therapy and sometimes blood or plasma transfusions. Our in-house laboratory, radiology and ultrasound capabilities enable us to get crucial diagnostic information very quickly. Our blood donor program guarantees that our canine and feline patients have access to a safe and adequate blood supply. Additional surgeons and veterinary specialists are on call should the need arise.

We took our dog on 8/18 for an abdomen ultrasound requested by our vet. It was done and several things found which the Dr. explained to us and told us she was faxing her report to our vet that day. On 8/28 we took our dog to our vet as an emergency, and SE Vet Referral hadn't faxed the report to our vet. Our dog died 8/29. I'm not blaming the referall center for the death but for the lack of communication and disorder they have at their office. Will not recommend this place.
