I love the Pet Department! I always experience great customer service from everyone and they have a great variety of fresh and saltwater fish. As this is the only pet store in the area it's nice to have a good selection of fish and supplies :) Knowledgeable, friendly staff. I always feel like a valued customer. I encourage people not to buy online! Please keep pet stores like this open by buying locally!
It's a real shame that this is the only pet store in the north county. The owner Brian, has terrible Customer Service. Thank God Tractor Supply is here now & carries our dog food. We continued to go for the fish as we have a large salt water tank, and Donny (their fish specialist) is great, and super knowledgeable. Brian however, was super rude to us about trading in a fish AFTER it was already in his tank, he didn't want to give us credit for it. So, from now on we'll be shopping online or taking our business to SLO.
The pet dept is awesome with an awesome owner and dog groomer. Great customer service
I was recently driving threw the Central Coast area of CA and had my Labradoodle and Shepard/Chow mix puppy to get cleaned up after playing in the ocean all day. When I called to see if they had room, Lynn was very happy to help me out and said bring them right in. When I arrived at The Pet Department I was met at the door with a smile and helping hand.
