As a veterinary assistant at the Pet Clinic I have been blown away by the care and compassion everyone exhibits to every animal that comes through the door! Even with the transition to the curbside protocol in response to the Corona virus pandemic, the level of care has not changed. I trust every doctor with my cat and would recommend this clinic to anyone in the area. All animals are given soft, pheromone infused blankets to make them feel most at home! Keeping your pet happy, comfortable, and loved is a top priority!!
When my primary vet could not get my dog in for an emergency on a weekend The Pet Clinic went above and beyond to make sure they got me in. They even had a cancellation and called me right away to see if I wanted the sooner appointment! They were very professional and I was concerned my dog hurt a region in her spine so they were very understanding with me not having a leash or collar on her. She did end up having a slipped disk! Everything. The front staff is great, the Vet/owner is fabulous, she loves my pets as much as I do. She makes sure all of her Vets feel the same way. Her Vet Techs are just as fabulous, loving and tender with the pets.
Every time I am here the front office staff are very nice, the Doctors are very personable and knowledgeable, and my pets are always well taken care of.
The staff is second to none. The VMDs, the Technicians and Administrative staff took care of our 15 year old dog with the most sensitive care and compassion. We are so grateful we could entrust care to them.
