First of all, one of their reviews is from the guy Mr. Robert Harvey, who is an employee and actually does the heat treatment, how can he even give an honest review. Karen is a true blessing from the Lord! And I mean that with my entire heart! I have never met people with such a loving heart as bob and Karen have and I cannot thank the Lord enough for having blessed me with their wonderful selves!
