Cruz is the man. We heard what could be rodents in our crawlspace. Cruz came out and confirm our suspicion. He even located the area of the house where they were coming from. With the sealed up and the clean up, so far no rodents.

Here is a recent feedback since they haven''t had one in 2-5 years. They are no longer a physical store on Aurora, Its a pot shop , don't confuse it with Pest shop. I have used this company in the past and they were great when they had a physical location, apparently they ship the product out to you from Colorado which take waaayyy too long to get here, I went to the store on Monday and didn't find anyone there but a store that sold marijuana. A ton of little tiny ants showed up in my kitchen & bathroom at the house that I recently purchased, so I called The Pest Store. They were super friendly & knowledgeable on the phone. My products came within 36 hours and I didn't have to spend hours shopping for the right product. The instructions inside the box were really clear. I did have a few questions and was able to actually able to talk to a real person. I wanted to mention that I have had the pleasure to work with THE PEST STORE for over 20 years and I find this no show! review by John M to be preposterous. He was obviously mixed up. I was the tech that call him several time to schedule his service. He refuse to call back to verify that he would be home. He was called by three staff members with no response. This is an amazing store/product! Michael has GREAT knowledge of pests. I have a HUGE phobia of spiders and I reached out to the Pest Store to learn more about the products. I am glad that they are not harmful towards animals. It was an easy process he showed me how to use the product (I live in an apartment community and their products were not helping at all!)
