George and team do a wonderful job! Thought I might have get a new carpet in basement due to staining etc but after they finished I’m not going to. Looks great! Very nice people and very fair pricing!

We loved the service we received from The Personal Touch! It really was personal. We had two microfiber couches, microfiber cushions on 6 dining chairs and two large area rugs cleaned. These are not pieces that sit in rooms we never use, we are using these pieces every day; walking, sitting, eating, lounging on them all. We are a family of 6, plus we have 2 dogs and 2 cats, need I say more? My husband saw the results before I did. He texted me "I think they just bought us new stuff..."
