I had a very disappointing experience at The Perio Centre with Dr. Adam Ohayon. While I expected professional care, what stood out most was the poor customer service and complete lack of empathy from the staff and overall experience. Dr. Mathew Choi did a brilliant job; he conducted an thorough and indepth investigation into the issue, identified causes and offered clear and concise treatment options. So while his technical skills were top notch and the initial stages of procedure went off withouta hitch, it was his commications skills that were most noteworthy.

I had a gum graft done today with Dr. Ohayon and honestly had a really great experience. I was pretty nervous going in, but he and his team made me feel super comfortable right away. He even asked if I wanted him to walk me through what he was doing during the procedure, which I appreciated . I personally said no (didn’t want to know 😅), and he totally respected that and just made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I recently had a gum graft procedure completed at The Perio Centre in Oshawa. I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. The total cost for a gum graft on one tooth came to $3,125.
