I had an excellent experience with the Perinatal Center in Rogers. I was referred to their office and was impressed from my very first visit. Every member of the staff was kind, welcoming, and professional, making each appointment a positive experience. Dr. Deschamps and his team were outstanding. Dr. Dechamps bedside manner is… less than par to say the least. His team of ladies are absolutely wonderful, but when it comes to Dechamps himself, I’ve had a less than pleasant experience. The last appointment I had with him was back in April. At this appointment, he did a hands-on cervix check (I consented to this part), but after he did the hands on check, he then used the wand without my knowledge or consent. Doctor is great, but nurses don't communicate or follow up on inquiries.
One of the most uncommunicative teams of medical “professionals”. My last appointment was in April, and I had to drive an hour and a half to get here. Appointment didn’t last but 30 minutes. Had another appointment for May 19, asked about the reason for the appointment. I’m not high risk and my pregnancy has been healthy. Was told “He just wanted to do a follow up” to put it simple.
