We had Jonathan as our property manager for a rental apartment not too long ago and he and his company flotacal were both difficult to work with and did not come through on any of the things they promised to do for the residence upkeep. Due to this team, and their lack of work ethic, we relocated to a much better residence with a much more efficient management team!

Sam and Jonathan Pergerson are two of the best agents I have had a chance to work with, and this is coming from someone who purchases real estate frequently and is also a real estate agent in another state.
