Grandson loves training here. Says instructors are very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Loves the app that he can use on off days.
The Performance Lab has done wonders for my son. He is a soccer player and a bit tall. He started working with them as a junior in high school. They assessed his athletic levels and designed a program for him. The key was explosiveness and agility. They periodically tested his progress as he continued to work with them. I saw his progress on the field- his strength and confidence grew in bounds. He reached his goal- to play soccer in college. He starts and had done great. Thank you performance Lab!
