TLDR: Not reliable. Canceled on me three times day of. Posting in hopes others can avoid the massive letdown we have experienced. I contacted Grace about cleaning our home and scheduled with her to do a walk through. She texted less than an hour before to reschedule for the next day (3/16/22). I wish I had gotten in touch with Grace at the Perfect Touch sooner. She’s reliable and consistent in cleaning our home! She does more in one cleaning than I can ever wish to do over a course of several days. I’m so grateful every time I come home to a clean house!!
