AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! Did not deliver on time, even though I paid for same day delivery. Actually, they told my grandma she could come in and pick up her birthday flowers after I PAID FOR DELIVERY!!! "Substituted" flowers but did not match original description or value. The arrangement looked cheap and crammed together. Customer service sucked! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
