Highly irritated I came in about two weeks ago and got my brows laminated and by far the worst decision I ever made. They legit over processed my eyebrows to the point I will have to keep filling them in until they grow back. Like the whole point of this was to have “perfect brows” what a scam. Then to ice the cake I called to try and let them know what happened and was met with the utmost unprofessionalism. I was not helped and then blocked from trying to get into contact with the manager.
