I am very surpised by the other negative review listed! I have been using this florist for 3 years ever since I moved to this area and I have been extremely happy with their friendly service, selection, beautiful arrangements and knowledgeable staff. Every time I have been in the store, they always have unique gifts, bright and cheery arrangements in the cooler and always a friendly face. I got 12 roses from the perfect gift. I asked for them to be delivered at a certain time. I told them that if the couldn't be taken at that certain time I would have to use someone else. They told me that the time I wanted was fine. They were delivered to a busy resturant three hours before my wife arrived for work and left on the bar. By the time she arrived three roses were missing from the arrangement. When I called to complain they seem unconcerned. I would not requemend this flower company at all.
