It was hard to find specially I don’t go here often and this is my first time going to this mall. (It wasn’t on the map ) It says it opens at 12:00. But it was closed and I was gonna wait for few min but there is no one inside. It looks big inside on website it’s actually small. It doesn’t seems organized as well. Reminds me of forever 21 but dresses.
The worst service I think I have ever experienced, the customer service was atrocious. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Let me first say that the dresses were beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful the FIRST time we were there for my daughters prom dress. We found a beautiful dress but the zipper was messed up, however a staff member offered and agreed to have it fixed in a day, however when I came back for the dress days later, we were told the zipper was fixed but fixed incorrectly AGAIN. Great place to purchase your daughter’s dream dress. I love this store. The owner is very, very interactive with her customers. Plus of it all the prices are reasonable.
Staff is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. So excited found the dress with 2 months to spare!
Amazing customer service , Enjoy every moment of Moona pleasant caring person from moment she start helping my daughter i knew my baby was in great hands she did not push sale on me , she took her time to find the perfect dress for my daughter, I really had a great experience she kept us inform weekly of our order and i have refer many teens to this place for prom and 1 go they found there dress.
