I have always had great service at all the branches I've been to! The staff is very knowledgeable!!
Great local bank with a personal touch. They went above and beyond during my mortgage process and even if they sell my loan they still service my loan. I couldn't be happier with the staff I've dealt with so far. Very much a "small town" bank, when you call this bank you actually speak to a person not a machine.
Just had a great experience opening my account at the south side branch. Ben was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions and was able to provide me with a variety of options to meet my banking needs. Thanks Peoples!
