It is annoying to use the ATM at the West Third location. Currently, ATM users have to wait for other customers to finish their banking at the drive-up window before proceeding to the ATM. Only then can the ATM user proceed to the ATM. I dont mind waiting my turn but when there are 4-5 cars in line & they are all using the window; it becomes frustrating for those of us wanting to use the ATM. Good customer service should be for ALL customers, not just those who use the drive-up window.
