Last December 2025 during the coldest holiday months our furnace would stop working at random, no matter how many repairs we made or expensive parts we kept replacing. I found several HVAC companies online. I called Mr. Kevin at The People’s Champ. They replaced the entire system. I have to say, we just had an EXCEPTIONAL experience with the technician BRUCE. Starting with arrival updates being on-time. When he arrived he introduced who he was, even though the van says it all, LOL. Nice. Came in and went right to work explaining everything he was about to do. Just being informative. Mr. Kevin Mccray is a very skilled professional. He efficiently pinned down the root cause in 15 minutes or so and demonstrated to me why he think that way. He was very polite, nice to my family members and got the all job done in the same day. Outstanding!
Kevin and Bruce are absolutely amazing people! They are truly honest and knowledgeable people who want to help you. Kevin told me to troubleshoot my vents before they came out to see if my issue was a quick fix I could do. Their integrity speaks volumes! And Bruce is hilarious. If I could give 100/100 it would be well deserved! Please support this business. It's only about 10 honest people left in the world and Bruce and Kenvin truly made the list!!!! Amazing pair!!!
He gave me a quote for work that was $600 higher than the highest range of the average cost for that work in Atlanta and when asked to provide a written estimate/quote with a breakdown of parts/labor/materials, he says he can't because "it takes too much time" and "we don't do it that way". Even though it's only been 2 weeks, he says quotes can change because of "all that's going on in the world". Really? Have some professionalism!
