8/12/2026 Contacted the people's champ after 2 previous HVAC contractors failed to fix my air conditioner. The first changed 2 capacitors and the system worked for 2 days. The 2nd came and said that the motor fan nicked the motor wires which started sparking when he manually turned the fan. Both HVAC techs said that my system was too old and had to be replaced. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND! My heat pump HVAC system went out in the heat of summer. I had 3 technicians come out before Kevin. None of them fully resolved the issues. From the first call to The People's Champ, I knew I was in good hands! The intake process was easy. I received reminders ahead of my appointment and even a phone call the day before to confirm. Bruce from The People Champ was great to work with. He was on time, polite and respectful of our house. He was thorough in solving our AC issues and was really helpful in explaining everything in easy terms to understand.
