NO LONGER IN BUSINESS. If you are waiting on the previous landlord reference for a new rental application, inform the new property manager that Pennbrook is no longer in business. Pennbrook’s maintenance guy was awesome and we got our full security deposit back. Other than that, they weren’t our favorite or our worst experience with a property management group.
The facility I rented for a very short period was well taken care of. But the lack of responsiveness and follow-through by the leasing was incredibly unprofessional. I gave 30 days notice of vacating the property, they then proceeded to take 70 days after that to create my deposit refund check, and then proceeded to send it to the address for which I had vacated two months prior. They will rent to you a place with lead based paint and wait to disclose this until after signing a lease. Avoid Samantha.
