We booked four rooms we booked in and when we went to the rooms and opened the doors two rooms had people already in them unbelievable people lying on the beds The rooms had no milk no glasses no teaspoon to stir your coffee Then we went for dinner five of us ordered soup it came out freezing cold we sent it back not once but twice The second time they took it back one of the people on our table had put bread into their soup anyway they bought it out a third time and it was hot We started eating and the waitress came out to ... read more
A group of us were there for lunch. The room was lovely, the staff lovely and the meals were delicious. We will be back. Thank you.

Went to the bistro. Meals were inedible. I had a Parma. No salad just on a plate with a few soggy chips and the Napoli sauce was from a jar. Another had vegetable stack. More like vegetable slop covered in the same Napoli sauce. Service was very poor. We had booked. No one there to tell us which table was ours. Waiting staff were not friendly. One person had sticky date pudding. Was from a packet and was dry. Microwaved till there was no sauce left. Horrible. Won’t be returning.
