Thomas made my first time home buying experience in a word: fun. I didn't feel pressured to make decisions, he shared a lot of knowledge with me and checked for things in homes that I would never have known to check for (i.e. how does the crawl space look?) and honestly had MY best interest in mind, instead of his. Richard was incredibly helpful from day 1. He gave me a call as soon as he got my contact information and we talked for about an hour in depth about exactly what and where I was looking for. He worked diligently to find me 20 ideal properties. When I finally settled on one, he spent countless hours with a difficult seller working to make sure the house was closed on time despite numerous hoops to jump through. he is personable and will be a friend and associate for life!
