terrible company they do not follow ANY of the Equal housing act of arizona laws and they dont deserve to have their business anymore they are scumlords not landlords!!!
I moved in less than four days ago. I was taking a shower, water would not go down the drain and because of that, poop went up the drain. There seems to be a major sewage issue at this complex. I spoke with John the head of construction and he pretty much told me over the phone that problems can't be solved until they occur. I wish they could send an exterminator in here, as I know that'll be the next thing to deal with.
