Great space and location! Awesome staff and room!
Great little hotel Keenya at the front desk was amazing She remembered we were arriving first thing in the morning and had our room ready for us at check in. The rooms and decor are cute It's more boutique style than a big national chain. But if you want cute, clean with seriously comfortable beds and good location? This is the place. It'll definitely be my go to when in town
I’m writing because I recently parked on the street near your hotel. There was no signage indicating that the area was reserved for valet. When I returned to my vehicle I found a note saying my license plate had been sent to an impound company. Please review this with your valet team and ensure proper signage is posted before threatening to tow or impound cars. It is unacceptable to make or issue impound threats when staff fail to clearly mark valet-only areas.
Overpriced for not so much! The published photo of hotel is doctored- not near how it appears in person. Better prices at Marriott and other brands. Shower was weak and shower head great need of cleaning and decalcification! Staff were friendly and coffee was delicious but room left much to be desired! They only offer cleaning service upon request and it must be requested by text. Parking was $57 per day. We believe the valet messed with our car. We could tell they pilfered all through it.
