I was truly looking forward to staying here for the building's character and room design. In the end, I was disappointed after staying in two different rooms. The rooms are pleasing to the eye and have unique layouts within the historic building. The first room was chilly and the heater didn't work, and the second room was on the ground level where I could plainly hear people and vehicles on the street though the night. Online checkout was a little difficult to figure out, however once I got it paid,ni was relieved. Navigation to the building was easy enough. You can't just walk in, the door is locked and you have to use the intercom inorder to be let in and check-in. After that you use your time key which is quite nice. The room is a decent size. Great place to stay. clean and quiet and close to everything
Спешили забронировать отель,не обратили внимание на слово interior.Оказывается это комнаты без окна,внутри здания.Ощущения ужасные,день или ночь определяешь по часам,потому что постоянно темно.Запах плесени и в ванной комнате тек кран.За те же деньги рядом много других отелей.Вероятно там комнаты есть и не плохие,но наш опыт ужасный.Лично я не советую.
The Pelham scammed us out of a reservation deposit paid through Hotels.com by saying we cancelled our reservation on the day we were to arrive. In fact, we had called earlier that day to say that we would be arriving late, around midnight. When we got there, we were told that the reservation had been canceled and there was no longer a room available.
