I needed a room on short notice so I booked the Peery because it had a good rate, a good location, and looked interesting. My coworker and I both really enjoyed staying here, but you should know going in that it is a renovated 1910 building and temper your expectations accordingly. The rooms are large and have modern amenities and comfortable beds. The water got hot quickly and the wifi was fast.
