Stayed in room 2. Almost gave it 4 stars because we were woken both nights by the people above us walking around. Couldn't hear them talking but the floorboards were very squeaky. But you know what? Best hotel bed I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The hotel is beautiful but very old building is not necessarily good for those with disabilities due to the lack of staff and very steep staircase. That said, self check in was simple and staff were quick to reply when I had a question. We stayed in the suite with a Mountain View and the bathroom with the jacuzzi tub was fantastic. Super close to other activities in Ashland if you want to walk or drive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a romantic getaway.
Fun place to stay. Not staffed, all set up through codes to get in, but that all worked out fine. Little patio and sitting room
Very comfortable and spacious room. Loved the shower. The location of the hotel is in a quiet and safe area. However, the plumbing was very very noisy!! We stayed in room 1 and could hear very loudly the shower and toilet being used in the rooms above us. It was quite a surprise for a hotel of this quality. Such a shame.
Great historic place in a great location. Theee was no one available to help us control the thermostat.
