Dr. Levy, Candace, Drew, Brook , Valerie and Dr.Holloway such lovely staff. I spent an entire day at the emergency room and these people were so kind and caring . They were very knowledgeable of what they were doing every thing was perfect. The best hospital I have ever been to.
Went to the er on 10/1 because my son hurt his arm and needed X-rays done. We were triaged and sent back to the room fairly quickly. In the room we waited 4.5 hours with one nurse check in. By then, my son’s pain meds started to wear off so I asked the nurse for Tylenol. An hour later and I got no response. When I looked out the door for an update the nurse rudely responded “do you need something?” By then the doctor was in sight but stood outside our room for 30 mins talking to co workers and typing. Elshia (vitals check in Er) is on a power trip. Very rude and unprofessional.
Horrible service, treat the patient as animal. Zero compassion. I will never ever go this place neither my children.
Waited 11hrs here still havent seen nobody, had ppl with fever getting seen before my son with severe abdominal pains radiating to his back and unable eat due to pain. They obviously need some management here to see why nobody is being called besides ppl for xrays and only given iv then thrown back in waiting area.
