my child has medical issues and we were not only booked on a day they were not open but when i called to talk to staff i was laughed at and told it was my fault even when i asked for a phone call appointment with our pediatrician. we were driving from across town and have never had them answer the first time although they have multiple admin staff.

I saw Dr. Brar after our family physician sent in a referral due to me having concerns over my daughter possibly having ADHD or autism. He was extremely dismissive and basically said unless the school is complaining there was nothing he would or could do. I guess he hasn’t completed any continuing education to expand his knowledge on the difference between girls and boys and how ADHD can present. I have been Dr. Brar’s patient for 17 years, ive known the receptionists for the whole time. Anytime i call, they try their best to fill me in. Love the receptionists.

I’m very disappointed with the experience at this kids clinic. Ever since the front desk staff changed, the atmosphere has become very unpleasant. The ladies at the front desk were rude, disrespectful, and acted like they owned the place. Instead of helping patients and parents properly, they spoke to us in a very unfriendly and dismissive way.
