Dr. Brar since the clinic carries your name on it could you please train your front desk on their job. We have a scheduled appointment this afternoon and just phone to confirm, was advised that we are scheduled on the 25. It was very clear when I talked to one of the ladies over the phone late last year and write it on my calendar. This is our second time that they cancelled our schedule without my knowledge. I have no issues with our pedia it just that the ladies upfront ruins the reputation of your good clinic. Thank you.
