I’m very disappointed with the experience at this kids clinic. Ever since the front desk staff changed, the atmosphere has become very unpleasant. The ladies at the front desk were rude, disrespectful, and acted like they owned the place. Instead of helping patients and parents properly, they spoke to us in a very unfriendly and dismissive way. Called to cancel a same day appt due to our car not still available from the shop. The lady who answered my call started with a very rude tone and said i didnt show up to an appt on May 19???? that I booked for my baby’s cough???? When I didn’t even called or set up that appt. I asked her when is the next available appt to book my kid to resched she said July then I confirmed the appt then she repeat the date and time again and hang up. The receptionist was very rude . They should be polite . I was just asking for available dates and she just said there’s nothing available.
