We’ve been bringing our son to this office since he was born, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the doctor we’ve seen (Dr.Jacobs). They are kind, attentive, and always make us feel heard as parents. We’ve always felt confident in the care our son receives during visits. Unfortunately, the billing experience has been extremely frustrating. We had two appointments about two months apart, and it took nearly four months to receive the bill from the first visit. We love the pediatric center! The front desk staff are always kind and helpful, the nurse is always so welcoming and so great with my kids!! Dr. Jacob’s is seriously the best, his personality is perfect for working with children, he finds ways to relate them to make them more comfortable and is always so reassuring and kind to an anxious mom like me! Seriously the best pediatrician!
We absolutely love the staff! They are attentive and make things comfortable for my kiddos. They always make it a great experience for them. No matter our needs. You guys are amazing! Thank you for taking care of us!
