Great management and great food. Really unfortunate that one server is always so unwelcoming. So much potential to be a go to spot but the service is just horrendous.
The staff at The Pearl Hotel & Spa went above and beyond to make my Birthday a memorable experience. From a free glass of bubbly, to surprise cake and personalized letter upon arriving to the room. The room was clean and modern with a nice view. The food was delicious! And the Spa treatments were great as well.
We stayed here over March break 2023 and it was a wow factor! Little details in the room like the chips and sparkling water, were an amazing surprise. The staff were friendly and kind. The location is amazing, right by the water front and close to amazing restaurants and cafes. But what made it extra special was the indoor spa like pool. Highly recommend! Insta: @curious_footsteps
We had our wedding at The Pearle Hotel & Spa this past August, and it was truly everything we dreamed of and more. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The staff and our coordinator went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs, making the entire day feel seamless and stress-free. Great location by the water and a modern, new building. The staff are genuinely nice and helpful, which I appreciate. That said, there’s something off about this hotel overall. Idk that because I’m a Titanium Bonvoy member and was never upgraded :-). More importantly, during my last stay there was construction work happening in the room next to mine at around 10:00 pm maybe for 30 mins, led by a maintenance manager.
