This complex is beautiful and in a great location. Rachel was also amazing with her tour. Everything felt seamless as Rachel was such a delight to be around. Thank you Rachel :)
The Pearl is a great building that offers a great community. No building is perfect but when issues occur, management responds quickly & is supportive. The building is also invovled in community initiatives, which provide opportunities for residence to get invovled. Also, management always shows out for the holidays & with special events.
UPDATE: I’ve lived here for 3 years now, and I want to specifically shout out our Property Manager, Christina Adams. She is truly the best - She is always professional and replies to every inquiry promptly and with a friendly attitude. She makes living here so much easier. I really wanna enjoy this building because I really have since moving in, but this is absolutely ridiculous that I have experienced over 6 different times my power going out of nowhere. I only been here for a year and it very annoying! I cannot even make breakfast this morning because nothing has power so now I have to spend unnecessary money to eat! I love the concierge, my space but this has gotten out of control. To the point this needs to be addressed to the residents if there is a problem with the building power service... read more
Christina has provided us with phenomenal Customer Service. No matter how busy she is, she takes the time to answer out questions promptly and with a smile. I highly recommended the Pearl.
