I have lived in this building for over five years, and while it’s easy to see how beautiful the property is, one of the biggest reasons I’ve chosen to stay is the incredible staff. I have lived at the Pearl for over 7 years. The amenities are beautiful and the building is well maintained. The assistant manager, Christina is great. She is very responsive to any requests I have had. She is great to work with and very welcoming. I have been extremely satisfied with living at the Pearl.
We moved in a few months ago and have been impressed by the care taken by management (Christina) to keep the common areas of the building spotless. Minor maintenance requests (not unusual after a move-in) were addressed near instantaneously, and the concierge personnel are exactly the professional, courtesy, lovely people you might expect in a building of this caliber.
