Using Rent Grow a company with a 1 star rating that has class action lawsuits and complaints to approve/ deny applications. The staff is friendly but taking a deposit with the application before approval is absurd. Update: I was able to secure a better apartment than the Pearl in the same area with no problems at all.
The apartments feel and look like like a high rise luxury apartment, with exceptional customer service and a great concierge! I looked at other apartments and The Pearl was above all the places in the area and where I feel the safest. I highly recommend if you're looking for a comfortable and beautiful new apartment.

The assistant property manager Christina is amazing. She is responsive to emails and always willing to help whenever there are problems or concerns. Definitely is dedicated and willing to go above and beyond. The building is clean and quiet.
Safe, great location, well-maintained facility. Professional staff who are informative, knowledgeable and personable.
