I really wanna enjoy this building because I really have since moving in, but this is absolutely ridiculous that I have experienced over 6 different times my power going out of nowhere. I only been here for a year and it very annoying! I cannot even make breakfast this morning because nothing has power so now I have to spend unnecessary money to eat! You can take my review with a grain of salt as I just moved in however I had to give a shoutout to the property manager, Christina, and the incredible maintenance team. The apartment building itself is beautiful and my unit has a lot of natural light which I love. Upon move-in, there were unfortunately a few hiccups with my specific unit. I took my major concerns to Christina and within 30 min, Hernan with maintenance was at my door ready to tackle the concerns. I’d like to give a quick shoutout to Christina for the great job she’s doing as the Property Manager at The Pearl. She’s professional, friendly, and always willing to help. I’ve seen her handle some difficult situations, oversee improvements around the property, and put together some really nice community events. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does and genuinely cares about the property. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
