Every time we need to call maintenance, they are prompt and responsive! We have been living in our apartment for 3 years now and have had a great experience with maintenance. Our last call, Jose responded . He was in and out and our problem was fixed. I mention Jose because he handled our last issue but Wilson, Danny and all of the maintenance crew have been great!! We are currently renting an apartment at Highlands and our leasing agent, Nicole, was very attentive and ensured everything went smoothly during the leasing process. She also continues to promptly answer any questions or concerns we have, to ensure we have a positive renting experience. We highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring leasing agent.
We just moved into our apartment and we LOVE it! Beautiful place and the staff was so helpful! Kira made the whole process of moving so easy, she was very involved and always communicated! She is the best; always answered our questions and made sure we found the perfect place! Wilson from maintenance was great! He explained everything thoroughly and made sure to show us around the apartment the day of moving in. He made notes of what he had to adjust and came the same day to do so! Both were amazing during this process!

I wanted to share that Nicole is a super help for Leasing. Her follow-up is top notch. She really makes everyone feel comfortable. The office staff is amazing as a whole too.
