Update- New management here but, It’s been a seamless transition with Kira and the team..she is always on top of issues and responds immediately to any inquiry you have.. do not hesitate in working with her and Highlands. After terrible experiences with the office manager Dimina in the Nanuet NY location Stacey Brassell stepped in to assist. I couldn’t have had a better experience with Stacey. She was kind, understanding and more than willing to assist with the issues I was experiencing. The Highlands is a great place to call home. Damina and Keira in the Leasing Office are so friendly and always happy to help. I particularly love how promptly the maintenance team responds if I ever need help fixing something.
We have been Highland residents for 2 years. We liked the apartment and they often focus on the up keep and maintenance. They also had some fun events until last year. But lately the upgrades went a little out of control. Firstly they “repaired” the speed bumps so any low to the ground car or a sedan now scrapes on these bumps no matter how hard you try to angle it. Currently back from work at 2 am, and there is NO PARKING. And I pay for parking in this place!! They dont control who parks here and don't have assigned parking for specific apartments unless you are "handicap". Utter BS. You make your residents pay for parking. Assign everyone their parking spot that they paid for !!!
