They will try to make you pay an extra month even if your lease is u p and you give me them 60 months notice. The lady in the office is claiming that I am obligated to pay an extra month for finishing up my lease… it’s an extortion company not an apartment complex
This is a nice quiet place to live. The office staff is responsive and helpful. The maintenance staff is excellent, always responding quickly to requests and doing the job right.
I am a resident of Highlands Nanuet, since September 2023. I moved here after owning my own homes for decades. The apartments and grounds are maintained extremely well, in-house repair crews have always been prompt, courteous, and efficient when I’ve needed any issues resolved. It is very comforting knowing that concerns I might have in my apartment or around the beautifully maintained grounds are handled quickly and caringly. Every time we need to call maintenance, they are prompt and responsive! We have been living in our apartment for 3 years now and have had a great experience with maintenance. Our last call, Jose responded . He was in and out and our problem was fixed. I mention Jose because he handled our last issue but Wilson, Danny and all of the maintenance crew have been great!! We are currently renting an apartment at Highlands and our leasing agent, Nicole, was very attentive and ensured everything went smoothly during the leasing process.
