I love living here! The staff are great and always helpful
this place just deletes bad reviews to save face clearly, this place is FAR from luxury do not believe a single fake edited picture this place is dirty and run down, management is TERRIBLE they’re obnoxious rude & do not care about you, instead of fixing all the damaged and broken stuff around here they repaint the parking spots, the rent is extremely expensive & the price does not reflect the living experience at all,plus they raise the rent every single year. there are a bunch of empty apts for a reason. all me & my daught... read more
We have been living here since November 2024, and unfortunately, our experience with maintenance, especially regarding our dryer, has been very frustrating. From the time we moved in, we have repeatedly reported that our dryer is not working properly. Even after a temporary repair, the issue persists. We have to run the dryer 2–3 times just to properly dry our clothes, which is extremely inconvenient and time-consuming. The place is very nice, clean and spacious
Update- New management here but, It’s been a seamless transition with Kira and the team..she is always on top of issues and responds immediately to any inquiry you have.. do not hesitate in working with her and Highlands. Living here for almost two years and have to say when it comes to follow-up, service and overall being on top of issues- Jennifer C. in the leasing office consistently has gone above and beyond to ensure problems are solved quickly.
