I have been asking for a pin to be replaced in my shower for months now and I have done work orders and the young lady from the rent office even called a few times and said she would get someone to come get it done and everybody keeps just saying okay we will get it done. I put in two work orders and they are saying completed with no actual work that has been done.
I don’t live here, nor have I been here, but what I do notice is the way the (owner) is responding to the reviews, of current tenants, very distasteful, and overall unprofessional.
These apartments or the worst experience ever. day 1 when i moved in the place was roach infested, probably is the reason why they didn't want to show me until I signed the lease and no mail box key. Not only was the place Roach infested but had no door in the master bed room. Shoot out on the 1st weekend in addition to dodge ranches I'm dodging bullets.
