I have been living out here in the Peaks would had been 6 years in October. My time here has come to an END!!! Everytime I look around its different manager's. Since I've been here i know there has been at least 8 mangers 10 at the most. Probably more. On August 5th I got a text from my neighbor saying OUR apartments just got shot up. DO NOT MOVE OUT HERE, THE OFFICE MANAGER HAS ONLY BEEN AVAILABLE TWICE SINCE I MOVED HERE IN MAY OF 2022, MAINTENANCE DOESN'T COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. I'VE MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS ABOUT MY HEAT NOT WORKING PROPERLY, THEY HAVE CAME TWICE AND TOLD ME I NEED A NEW HEATER SYSTEM BUT NO ONE HAS BEEN BACK TO INSTALL A NEW ONE. MY TODDLER AND BABY ARE ALWAYS SICK DUE TO THE APARTMENT ALWAYS BEING COLD, I HAVE TO TURN MY HEAT TO 84 DEGREES TO EVEN GET IT TO COME ON AND GET MY APARTMENT HALF WARM.
