We offer the full continuum of care and services including Independent Living, either in the Bungalows or the Lodge, Assisted Living and Memory Care. We allow our residents to "age in place" which allows them to remain in their apartment homes and have increased services brought to them. We also provide a Medicare-certified health care center to complete the full continuum of care. We are a unique not-for-profit partnership and were built on the campus of the Museum of Northern Arizona. Call today to schedule a tour.

great retirement home wonderful staff (Elzbieta was so helpful and kind). My friend was getting a rehabilitation there and was using the facility to regain his health and they were just so fabulous.
Quit letting patients fall. And taking 15 + minutes to arrive and help. They let my dad fall and he had to get up on his own.
The place is nice, but nursing sense of urgency sucks!
It would be great, if there was more Navajo fluent people on the floors.
It was lots of fun to dance for the residents and see how they enjoyed the music and dancing! So glad we were a part of their birthday party fun!
