I tried to go to The Peak Physical Medicine. I tried very hard for six weeks. Now you might say “pain management is a busy field. Six weeks to see you might be possible.”. NO! THREE WEEKS JUST TO TALK TO SOMEONE! They don’t answer phones or return calls. I once spent TWO HOURS on hold while #1 in the queue until they closed without ever answering my call. Today was my first visit and I was treated with great respect. I definitely am grateful for their kindness.
From the moment I walked in the office until I was checking out. The staff was incredible. They answered all of my questions very thoroughly, and I highly recommend them.
I absolutely love Dr. Sandell and his staff, especially Kendra. They are very professional as well as caring. The new call center still needs a lot of work.
Dr. Finn and Ashley took the time to thoroughly assess my injuries and put together a realistic treatment program.
