The Peak residential apartment building at Haymarket Sydney is NOT owned by Sri Lankan politicians. It has multiple individual independent owners, and is unique in the city due to the enormous size of the podium upon which it stands, separating it from surounding building and allowing facilities only almost matched by those of the twin Eastgarden towers at Bondi Junction. Well, the staff here is rude and apartments are really dirty. No electricity in most of the rooms. Not worth the money hence avoid at all costs
The building itself is decent and I enjoyed living there. I am giving 1 star because of renting in this building. RENTERS: if you are moving to unit 1311 the owner is living opposite you and will blame any issues with the apartment on you and not fix them. They are extremely unprofessional and will knock on the door wherever they feel like it. It also smells really bad of rubbish because the buildings garbage is a few levels down and wafts into the entire house. Looking out for other renters in Sydney.
