Update for the response: It is not about retraining her, that was extremely out of line trained or not. If you do 2 seconds of research and click the lower reviews you will see that this lady is talked about many times. She is your problem and you need to do something about her. I’m not the only one who stopped going there, I have got many of my friends to stop as well and we won’t come back till she has moved on or left because her ego and entitlement was disgusting.
