purchased a thc vape and it only worked once and couldnt get it working again so I brought it back and no refund yet, must send off for verification. I must wait for a response between 3-5 days. So why does this refund issue take so long to rectify? All other stores provide an instant refund if something doesnt work as expected and you can immediately purchase again but not peace pipe. You must wait until you get a response....this is not good business sense
