Have used PC Works for many years: back in the day, they built me my first tower; repaired/ replaced/updated parts. Guided me through purchase of best laptop/ taken care of various problems and purchases by making home visits. Patrick & Heather, the owners, take care of their customers excellently well.
Update 12/2023 I dumped a glass of water on my laptop and killed it. Karla at PC Works was great at calming my panic and getting me a new MacBook Pro immediately. Darren set-up the new one for me, working just like my old one (only much better). I won't go anywhere else, they are great.
