I had a great experience touring The Payton while looking to lease. Jeff was fantastic—very knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making the tour feel rushed. He made the whole experience enjoyable and informative, and it really helped me get a good feel for the community. Overall, it was a great tour, and I would definitely recommend The Payton to anyone looking for a new place to live.
I've enjoyed my experience at The Payton as a new resident. It is so nice to be able to work from home with actual peace and quiet. This is definitely one of the best apartment buildings in the PNW. Move in process was simple. Jeff and Chris are both very helpful and professional and they've answered all my questions.
