I’m not one to drop a review unless I had a terrible experience somewhere.. But I have to share a review about the amazing tour I had yesterday with Jeff at The Payton. Jeff was so informative, thorough, and entertaining. I learned so much about the thoughtful craftsmanship, features, location, and more! I had a great experience touring The Payton while looking to lease. Jeff was fantastic—very knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making the tour feel rushed. He made the whole experience enjoyable and informative, and it really helped me get a good feel for the community. Overall, it was a great tour, and I would definitely recommend The Payton to anyone looking for a new place to live.
I've enjoyed my experience at The Payton as a new resident. It is so nice to be able to work from home with actual peace and quiet. This is definitely one of the best apartment buildings in the PNW. Move in process was simple. Jeff and Chris are both very helpful and professional and they've answered all my questions. We lived at The Payton for a little over two years and loved every day of it. The whole place felt clean, comfortable, really well taken care of, and very quiet! Our neighbors were friendly, and the building was incredibly dog-friendly...honestly one of the best parts! The location is also fantastic. It’s central, close to just about everything, and parking was always easy. We only moved because we relocated out of state, otherwise, we would’ve stayed much longer.
