The Payton is well designed, beautiful and most importantly well maintained! The staff are friendly and welcoming - I especially appreciate Drew, he's knowledgeable and warm. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for great amenities, floorplans, location, and staff!
We happily lived here for just over four years and would have probably stayed forever, if not for a job transfer. The Payton is a wonderful apartment community that makes you feel safe, at home, and comfortable. The property management and maintenance staff over the years have simply been outstanding. Great experience today with repair of a problem with my apartment’s garbage disposal… the drain was clogged and the disposal was jammed hard, making the kitchen sink unusable. Luis quickly did a partial disassembly, cleared the problem, and advised me how to avoid the problem in the future. He was consistently cheerful and helpful.
The Payton has the BEST maintenance team we could ask for. Always so friendly, timely and handle request with care! Been living here for 5+ years and the team is nothing short of amazing!
Signing a lease and moving in is always a stressful process to some extent, but Drew made it incredibly easy for us! We were able to tour the property the same day we reached out, and Drew showed us the available floor plans both on-site and via YouTube for apartments that were still occupied but would be available soon.
