Been taken my dog, Bailey, there since we moved to Florida in 2014. Today we found our they are under new management and didn’t see any of the normal groomers. They had all the information on how we wanted our dog groomed and when we picked him up, his face was cut WAY to short and the hair on his body was cut choppy. Plus when I came to pick him up he was freaking out, he never acted that way before there. Not happy. I guess we will be changing groomers.
Post Shared: Took my dog to a local groomer today. Came to pick him up, got into the car and noticed blood on my dog. Groomer said nothing about it. Went back in to ask what happened and was basically told that his ears were matted and they had to shave close and told me it was my fault his ears were so matted. No refund was offered, I paid $75 with tip. Just a "we'll give you a discount at your next visit". Poor guy is running around the house shaking his ears every few seconds. Paw Wash is probably the most professionally managed grooming parlor in the area. Mac and I have been very pleased with results and treatment there.
Tricia is our groomer. She does a fabulous job with Raven, especially when she gets stinky. Tricia takes her time and goes the extra mile to give Raven the best gorgeous look!
An awesome group who truly care
What a great experience! Max loved his first trip to the groomer. They took their time with him and let him take a bunch of breaks which made him much more comfortable. Everything was very affordable and well worth it. I will definitely be returning regularly.
Took our dog in to wash him and have his nails clipped. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Our dog was a little hyper (to say the least) because he’s still a puppy, but they were very patient with him. Definitely recommend this place and will be back again soon! They also have a good selection of pet products. Thank you! You guys rock!!
